Modern Technology Advantages and Disadvantages

Modern technology is simply an advancement of old technology, the impact of technology in modern life is unmeasurable, we use technology in different ways and some times the way we implement various technologies ends up harming our lives or the society we leave in. What we call modern technology is technically not so new in most cases.

It has become very easy to get access to relevant information at any time anywhere. This has been possible because of modern technologies like broadband internet.
Since technology is challenging, it sparks the brain to work to its full potential.  In the past, it used to be very difficult to start a business, one had to have lots of capital and they even had limited access to business information.

Social Isolation is on the increase, people are spending more time playing video games, learning how to use new modern technologies, using social networks and they neglect their real life. Technology has replaced our old way of interacting. If a user can easily interact with 100 friends online, they will feel no need to going out to make real friends which at a later stage leads to loneliness.
Increased dependency on modern tools like calculators has reduced on our creativity. You can find a student when they can solve a very simple mathematical equation without using a calculator.
Modern technology has been the main aid in the increasing and endless wars. It aids the manufacturing of modern war weapons which will require testing.

Why School Is Important

Studies have shown that well-educated societies have lower rates of violence and crime, and societies that emphasize accessible, effective education see their economies improve as well.

The knowledge learned in school plays a major role in peoples' daily lives. Knowledge about history improves cultural understanding, and basic math skills help people keep their finances in order. English courses teach students how to read, comprehend and analyze written material, which is a crucial skill for nearly all modern jobs.

School is also important for developing important social skills. Communication skills are important for succeeding in a wide range of fields, and spending time with others improves students' social skills. Humans are social animals, and schools provide a means of ensuring that young people have a stimulating environment that will lead to more empathy, understanding and social growth.

The 7 Steps to Being Capable

1. You must always put away the equipment away after playing or using it.

2. You should always finish your capability task and work on time.

3. When you see stuff lying around return it to the owner if you know who it belongs to or either put in the lost and found.

4. If you see pen, pencils and other stationery put it  back to where it belongs.

5. Do not be lazy clean up after yourself show the teachers that you are capable and responsible to clean up after yourself.

6. Be capable don't copy other people and if you are not sure ask a learning coach for help and show them that you are capable to do it all  by yourself.

7. When you are capable you are committed, you sacrifice a lot of things to finish what needs to be done.

Why sharks attack humans.

Sharks do not normally hunt humans. When they do attack a human, it is usually a case of mistaken identity. Sharks sometimes mistake humans for its natural prey, such as fish or a marine mammal or sea turtle, and most often will release the person after the first bite.

To a shark, a surfer paddling on a surfboard can look a lot like it's typical prey.

Although shark attacks can seem vicious and brutal, it's important to remember that sharks aren't evil creatures constantly on the lookout for humans to attack. They are animals obeying their instincts, like all other animals.

Why is Canberra the capital of Australia?

The site of Canberra was selected for the location of the nation's capital in 1908 as a compromise between rivals Sydney and Melbourne, Australia's two largest cities. With a population of 381,488 it is Australia largest inland city.
Before European settlement, the area in which Canberra would eventually be constructed was seasonally inhabited by Indigenous Australians. European exploration and settlement started in the Canberra area as early as the 1820s.European population in the Canberra area continued to grow slowly throughout the 19th century.

Rules

Rules are a set of instructions and guidelines to help guide people's behaviour. They are important to maintaining order and structure in society because they tell people what to do or what not to do.
Rules are important in the school environment, school rules include dress code and no talking in the classroom.
The consequences for breaking rules vary depending on the circumstances, if someone breaks the school rules, he or she may become suspended or receive detention.
